Registration

• LATE/ON SITE REGISTRATION ONLY - Member – $275.00
  On-site registration is $275 and may not include lunch.
• LATE/ON SITE REGISTRATION ONLY - Non-Member – $305.00
  On-site registration is $305 and may not include lunch. It will include one year of HAHPERD membership.
• Member - Advanced – $235.00
  You are a current member with HAHPERD and are pre-registering during the regular time for the conference. You need to register before November 17th to guarantee your lunch and secure a regular registration rate.
  
  Please email hahperd808@gmail.com with proof of a Western District state membership and we will give you the code to register at a HAHPERD member rate!
• Member - Early Bird – $195.00
  You are a current member with HAHPERD and are pre-registering during the early bird time for the conference. You need to register before October 1st to receive the early bird registration rate.
• Non-Member - Advanced – $275.00
  If you are not a current member of HAHPERD (or an affiliate state of HAHPERD), please register using this option. You will receive registration and a one-year HAHPERD membership.
  
  Registration includes parking and a light breakfast and lunch.
• Non-Member - Early Bird – $245.00
  If you are not a current member of HAHPERD (or an affiliate state of HAHPERD), please register using this option. You will receive registration and a one-year HAHPERD membership.
  
  Registration includes parking and a light breakfast and lunch.
• Retiree – $100.00
  If you are a retired teacher, please use this option.
  
  We are so sorry that the conference is not free this year if are attending and eating lunch. We need to cover the cost of food and because it is at the convention center it is expensive. The cost is $100.
  
  You are welcome to bring a guest, but each will be $100 (the cost of food).
• Student – $100.00
  If you are a student in college you will use this to register. You must be a student member for HAHPERD.
  
  In order to register as a student, please email HAHPERD808@gmail.com with proof that you are student and they will send a registration code for you to use.
  
  If you are registering after November 17th, 2025 you might not get lunch included in your registration
